The Pacha residential community programs story

Pacha Residential Community Programs, LLC (PRCPLLC), established in 2025, provides the following on-site services: Psychiatric Evaluations, Treatment Planning, Ongoing Therapy according to an agreed treatment plan, crisis intervention and extended service, and extensive comprehensive community support services. Services are provided to specific individuals referred and enrolled in a specific value added Medicaid program administered by a single NM-based MCO. Referred clients must meet specific behavioral and medical criteria and benefit from housing stability. 

PRCPLLC employs independently licensed clinical social workers (LCSW), independently licensed professional clinical counselors (LPCC), dependently licensed masters of social work (LMSW) supervised providers, certified interpreters, certified EMDR specialists, and certified comprehensive community support services workers (CCSS) under contract or as employees. The Clinical Director of PRCPLLC is a certified Clinical Supervisor registered with the State of New Mexico who is actively maintaining registered clinical supervisor status according to State requirements.

PRCPLLC Providers who treat dually-eligible Medicare and Medicaid members complete an annual Dual-Special Needs Plan (DSNP) training on DSNP plan benefits and requirements, including coordination of care and Model of Care elements, as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
